Inner Wisdom Coaching
"We carry inside us, the wonders we seek outside us."
-Rumi

What is your relationship with your inner wisdom or intuition? Do you want to deepen that? Do you want to expand your connection with your beliefs about yourself? Where do they come from? What is it like to be in your physical body? How do emotions feel in your body? If these questions call to you read more to see if you are interested exploring this journey with me.
My practice is to create an environment that invites safety, connection, compassion, and curiosity so you can regain relationship with your inner wisdom.

What does an Inner Wisdom Coaching Session with Jen look like?
Inner Wisdom Coaching sessions focus on reconnecting to your intuition, your body's wisdom. Do you wonder what your intuition sounds like? Feels like? Do you have a hard time separating fear, "should's," and other noise from your inner knowing? Inner Wisdom Coaching sessions focus on reconnecting your innate knowledge that is held in your body, spirit and mind. Intuition is what you KNOW. When you are in relationship with your intuition you can navigate life knowing what the most aligned path is for your highest good, even without knowing the result or destination. In Inner Wisdom Coaching sessions, I incorporate energy healing as well as therapeutic modalities and techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, nature, movement, and breath work. If you are wanting support with reaching a goal outside or within yourself, Inner Wisdom Coaching may be what you are looking for. Your goals can be as seemingly simple as a new balanced daily routine or as intimate as a deeper understanding and connection to your spirituality and sense of Self.
Inner Wisdom Coaching is more structured than Individual Psychotherapy. I use a 7-module framework that outlines our work together. While we can discuss and name insights, healing, and transformations that happen within and between sessions, it is not processing work, or clinical psychotherapy.
